رئيس وزراء باكستان: المحادثات لم تمت لكنها في حالة جمود

Sharif stated that the talks have not ended and that a stalemate currently exists, pointing to the continuation of diplomatic efforts to end the regional war. In a related context, Pakistani Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced that his country will continue to mediate between Tehran and Washington after a marathon round of negotiations failed to produce a decisive result. In an official statement, Dar noted that Pakistan has and will continue to facilitate communication and dialogue between Iran and the United States in the coming days. He explained that Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir contributed to mediation during several rounds of “intensive and constructive” negotiations, which concluded Sunday local time. Earlier, U.S. Vice President JD Vance, who led the American delegation, announced the end of the talks without an agreement, highlighting that disagreements persist, particularly regarding Iran’s nuclear program. These developments follow a two-week ceasefire declared by U.S. President Donald Trump following weeks of conflict between the U.S. and Israel on one side, and Iran on the other, with Pakistan confirming its continued efforts to push the parties toward a comprehensive diplomatic settlement.
