Civil Defense spokesperson Mahmoud Bassal reported that at least three people were killed and several others injured, including critical cases, following an airstrike by occupation forces on warehouses near power generators in the Shati camp, west of Gaza City.
Later, Civil Defense and Al-Shifa Hospital announced that the toll from the strike had risen to five killed and eleven injured.
Bassal had previously stated that at least four people were killed, including a three-year-old child, and several others were injured in a strike by an Israeli drone on a civilian police vehicle in the Al-Tuffah district in the northeast of the city. He explained that the drone, which launched at least one rocket, struck near food stalls on the main road in the destroyed district.
Early Tuesday morning, a Palestinian was killed by Israeli army fire in the northern town of Beit Lahiya.
Bassal confirmed that Israeli violations and attacks continue despite the ceasefire that began on October 10 of last year.
He warned that the lives of thousands of injured and sick people are threatened by death or physical disability due to their inability to travel for treatment in hospitals in Egypt and abroad.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, at least 757 Palestinians have been killed since the ceasefire took effect, while the Israeli army announced the deaths of five of its soldiers during the same period.
