He noted that UAE nationals fulfilled their duties honorably, while residents, considered guests and family, also demonstrated honorable stances. He acknowledged that residents might be excused for any shortcomings due to the circumstances of war, but emphasized that the state will fulfill its duty to protect them and the homeland.
He described the UAE as a beautiful role model but warned that one should not be deceived by its appearance, noting that the country possesses a thick hide and bitter flesh, implying resilience and toughness. He reaffirmed commitment to the duties towards the country, people, and residents, assuring that the nation will emerge stronger from this period.
On his official social media account, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed reiterated that the UAE places the security, sovereignty, and safety of its citizens, residents, and visitors at the forefront of its priorities. He expressed his gratitude to the brave armed forces and security agencies for their sincere efforts in maintaining high readiness and coordination.
He appreciated the awareness and love demonstrated by UAE nationals and resident partners. He concluded by stating that everyone in the UAE is considered Emirati due to their love for the land and contribution to it. He prayed for the victims to be granted mercy and for the injured to receive a speedy recovery, affirming the UAE’s strength, unity, and determination to protect its sovereignty.
