The military explained that the strikes hit dozens of military factories and weapons production sites, in addition to rocket launch sites and elements of the missile system, noting that the attacks have doubled the damage inflicted on the regime’s production capabilities.
According to the statement, the targets included a base used for training soldiers and storing missile systems intended for attacking aircraft, a site for producing and developing key components of ballistic missiles, as well as sites for producing weapons batteries and weapons of the Revolutionary Guard.
The statement added that forces detected several elements of the ballistic missile system while they were leaving a military building in Tehran, before they were targeted minutes after detection, confirming their elimination.
The Israeli military confirmed that these operations come as part of a phase aimed at deepening the damage to the regime’s core systems.
