لأول مرة.. الإمارات تمنع صلاة العيد في الساحات العامة

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat in the UAE announced that citizens will perform Eid al-Fitr prayers inside mosques across the country, confirming that these prayers will not take place in Eid congregations or open areas as is customary. This decision comes in light of recent regional security developments and the increasing tensions witnessed in the region. The UAE Ministry of Defense stated that it is intercepting rocket and drone attacks from Iran, following Abu Dhabi’s official participation in the war on Iran. The authority explained that the sounds heard in various parts of the country are the result of interceptions by both ballistic missile defense systems and fighter jets targeting missiles and drones.
