الاتحاد الأوروبي يفرض عقوبات على 7 سودانيين أبرزهم المصباح والقوني دقلو

The European Union announced its commitment to imposing a new package of sanctions targeting seven Sudanese individuals, comprising five members of the Rapid Support Forces and two associated with the Armed Forces or allied groups. The sanctions list includes Hamdan Dagalou, known as Al-Qouni, the brother of Rapid Support Forces commander Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo and responsible for the movement’s financial and business affairs. It also includes Fatah Abdullah Idris, known as Abu Lulu, accused of mass killings in the city of Fasher. From the Rapid Support Forces, the sanctions target Tijani Ibrahim Musa, known as Abu Shuk, the commander of the Rapid Support Forces in North Darfur, alongside Edris Kafout. Regarding the Armed Forces and their allies, the European Union designated Talha Al-Misbah Abu Zaid, commander of the Al-Barran bin Malik Brigade, and Tayyib Imam Al-Judah, leader of the Al-Kawahlah Al-Nafidah tribe in the White Nile, a prominent figure supporting the Armed Forces during the Al-Karama battle.
